All orders are delivered with Royal Mail, using 1st Class, 1st Class Signed For or Special Delivery. If you're not in when a delivery attempt is made, a calling card should be left for you to re-arrange delivery or collect from the Post Office. Packages can be sent to your home or workplace, wherever is most convenient for you. If you are delivering to a workplace, please provide the company name along with the address. Delivery times are based on Royal Mail’s estimates for each specified service, and I cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within these time estimates. Please note that a ‘working day’ refers to Monday through to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
If your order value is over £100, you’ll be eligible for free delivery. Simply check this box at the checkout.
You’ll receive a tracking reference via email, so you can track the progress of your package after it’s dispatched.

Economy orders are delivered with Royal Mail, using 1st Class International.
Economy Tracked orders use Royal Mail Tracked and Signed. Standard Tracked deliveries are made with UPS. After dispatch, You’ll receive a tracking reference via email, so you can follow the progress of your package.
Customs / Import Fees for deliveries outside of the UK. If your order is being delivered outisde of the UK, then your order may be subject to customs and import charges. Customs charges, clearance fees and import duty are the customer’s responsibility as the customer is considered to be the importer. These fees vary with each country, so it’s worth checking your local customs office before placing an order, as you may need to pay extra customs and clearance fees when the parcel arrives in your country.
If your order is time sensitive and you require an expedited UPS service, please get in touch before ordering so I can organise this and issue a bespoke postal order.
Delivery times vary depending on the speed of the mail service. Most packages arrive within a 1 to 3 week window. However, Royal Mail does ask to allow up to 25 days for European/International deliveries. Sometimes, tracking services in destination countries can be a little slow to update, so that’s worth keeping in mind. Some deliveries will require a signature.

Original art
I hope that you’re totally happy with your Roxwell Press order. However, if you’ve changed your mind I’m happy to accept returns within 14 days of receipt. If you'd like to return an order for a refund or exchange, please contact me here to arrange.
Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. Once the returned items have been received, your refund will be processed as soon as possible, crediting the original payment method. This does not apply for personalised orders.
Private Commissions and Bespoke Wedding Stationery
Due to the nature of personalised orders, they are non-refundable after the project has started. Upon final approval of your personalised order I cannot accept returns due to errors such as misspelled words or ommissions / changes required in the compositon. By approving your final proof you accept responsibility for the text and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval, there will be a charge for any reprints required.
